In addition to our above classes, Bangla Niketan offers special refresher lessons for parents and others to nurture and regain their lost artistic performance skills. These lessons provide an opportunity for parents to reconnect with their cultural roots and enhance their artistic abilities while present at the school venue with their children.

Currently, we offer the following classes, with the possibility of expanding in the future based on demand and the availability of instructors:

  • Signing Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Getee and Adhunik Bangla songs: Rediscover the beauty of Bengali music through these timeless genres.
  • Dancing (traditional and Bollywood): Earn, improve and enjoy the traditional and vibrant dance forms of Bengal and Bollywood.
  • Playing musical instruments: Master the harmonium, keyboard, tabla, and dhol to create melodious tunes.
  • Reciting Bengali poems: Delve into the rich literary heritage of Bengal by reciting classic and contemporary Bengali poems.

These classes are designed to provide a supportive and enriching environment for parents to explore and develop their artistic talents.
